Silver Membership

  • You buy our on – demand products.
  • Refund: None

Gold Membership

  • The accumulated values of your bills are ranged from $200: All the next products you purchase will be applied for 5% off.
  • Refund: You can request and receive refunds maximum 3 times per year.

Platinum Membership

  • The accumulated values of your bills are ranged from $500: All the next products you purchase will be applied for 10% off.
  • Refund: You can request and receive refunds maximum 4 times per year.

Diamond Membership

  • The accumulated values of your bills are ranged from $1,000: All the next products you purchase will be applied for 15% off.
  • Refund: You can request and receive refunds maximum 6 times per year.

Policies

  • If your bill includes more than one item, the number of products for the refund request does not exceed the 50% number of purchased ones in the bill.
  • The refunds are at least 3 months apart.
  • If there is a customer requesting from twice which are for the inappropriate purposes, all the benefits of the membership will be invalidated. You will start fresh with zero points, however, the discounts for new customers are not applied in this case.
